Return Policy

 

At Southern Magnolia, we know that online shopping is fast, easy, fun and sometimes a little stressful. However, sometimes your dream item didn't end up  being what you expected. We get it. For those times, we have a Return Policy in place.

Please take the time to read over the return policy and understand our stipulations for returns.

  • Returns are for store credit only. No refunds will be issued.
  • All returns must be received within 10 business days of delivery determined via USPS tracking. 
  • Return Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless there was a mistake on our end.
  • Returned items must be in same condition as you received them. Items must be un-worn, un-washed, odor free, all tags MUST be attached, and in its original packaging..
  • SHOES must be un-worn and returned in their original shoebox provided and placed inside an additional protective shipping safe box to be eligible.
  • Include your receipt/packing slip with your return and circle the item you are returning. If a packing slip is not included, please make a note of your order number in with your return.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Final Sale or discounted items
  • Items purchased with a discount / promotional code
  • Grab Bags
  • Daily Deals  
  • Jewelry
  • Any item with form of Personalization
  • Purses
  • Subscription Boxes
  • Hair Accessories
  • Hats, Caps, Masks
  • Sunglasses
  • Leggings, Socks
  • Intimates, Bralettes, Lingerie, Camisoles
  • Personal Care Items/Beauty Products

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the above mentioned conditions are not met. The reason for items listed above are due to either Sale/Clearance Items, Personalized Items, or for Sanitary reasons.

Please allow our team 5-7 business days to process your return. When your return is complete, we will email you a confirmation that store credit has been issued with instructions on how to use it.

Damages and Issues

If you have received an item you believe is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please email us at Service@inspiredbyimpressions.com within 3 business days of receiving your order so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.    Please put "Damaged" in Subject line and include details about the defective/damaged item. Don't forget to attach a picture. Our awesome Customer Service team will be able to help you with that. Please remember that some items have unfinished edges, and are meant to be destressed, or they have a rustic or boho look to them.

Exchanges

We don't offer exchanges. The reason for this is that items sell out so quickly. We cannot guarantee we will have the item you need when you want to exchange it. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to immediately order the item you want in different size, color, etc. and immediately return the item you just received. Then once the return is accepted, and store credit is issued, you can use the store credit on an alternate purchase.
